Refreshing Fruit Juice

Ingredients
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 cup water or ice
Instructions
  1. Peel the orange and carrot.
  2. Core the apple and cut into pieces.
  3. Put everything in a blender.
  4. Add honey and water or ice.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Serve. Drink. Done.
SALAD

Fresh Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup feta (optional)
  • Handful of nuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the greens.
  2. Slice cucumber, tomato, onion.
  3. Toss greens and veggies in a bowl.
  4. Drizzle oil and vinegar.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add feta and nuts if using.
  7. Toss. Serve. Eat now.
